Oxytetracycline 5% Injection
1) Active ingredients: oxytetracycline hydrochloride 5g
2) Excipient: q.s.100ml
3) Indications: the use of oxytetracycline 10% is indicated in cattle, horse, sheep,
goat and swine diseases. Many of the pathogens involved in animal diseases are
known to be susceptible to oxytetracycline hydrochloride therapy such as
digestive pathogens, skin, lungs, urinary, genital and septicemic pathogens
4) Dosage and administration: subcutaneous, slow intravenous and deep
intramuscular routes
a) Adults: 5mg/kg/day for 3 days (0.5 ml/10kg/day)
b) Young animals: 10mg/kg/day for 3 days (1ml/10kg/day)
5) Caution: do not inject more than 10 ml per injection site
6) Withdrawal time:
a) Offal and meat: 14 days
b) Milk: 72 hours
7) Storage: store in a cool and dark place below 25°C
